Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using VdoHide ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VdoHide provides video file hosting, transcoding, and embedding services. Uploaded videos are transcoded to HLS adaptive streaming (360p–1080p) and delivered through a global CDN with unlimited bandwidth.

Each uploaded file may be up to 10 GB in size. VdoHide supports all video file formats, provided the content does not violate applicable law or our community guidelines (see Section 4).

3. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the videos you upload. By uploading content, you grant VdoHide a limited license to store, transcode, cache, and deliver your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for ensuring you have all necessary rights to host and distribute it.

4. Prohibited Content & Community Guidelines

VdoHide accepts all types of video content that comply with the law and these community guidelines. The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Content that is illegal under applicable law, or that promotes or facilitates illegal activity
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors — reported to authorities immediately and without exception
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights of others
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or content that violates another person's privacy
• Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or hatred against individuals or groups
• Malware, phishing pages, or content designed to harm users or systems

5. Termination & Content Removal

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Repeat or severe violations result in permanent account termination.

You may delete your content or account at any time from your account settings.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. VdoHide is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We recommend keeping your own backup copies of important files.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
